MIP Sports Pro – Refund & Return Policy

At MIP Sports Pro, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent return process. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Domestic Returns (United States Only)
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Items must pass quality inspection to qualify for refund
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Email support@mipsportspro.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage
If verified, we will provide:
- A free return label
- A full refund or replacement based on availability
⚠️ Reports made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Defective Returns
If your item is not damaged or defective but you wish to return it:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes inspection
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
Funds will be returned to the original payment method
If that method is unavailable, we will offer store credit
International Orders
- At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders, including wholesale purchases.
- If you are placing a bulk international order, please confirm product specifications and quantities carefully before purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Orders reported after the return/exchange window
- International orders
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mipsportspro.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos for any damaged or defective items (must be submitted within 48 hours)
- Our team will review and provide return instructions (if eligible)
