Domestic (USA)

International (Bulk Orders Only)

  • International shipping is available only for pre-approved Bulk Wholesale Orders (Minimum 100 units).
  • Customers are responsible for international shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes.
  • International orders are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to retail customers in the USA only:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If approved, we offer replacement or full refund.
  • International and wholesale orders are final sale unless product defects are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
