1. What ages are your products designed for?
CozyKick (Indoor Soccer Ball): Ideal for kids ages 4–10, but also great for adults looking to practice juggling or footwork indoors.
SoftServe (Indoor Volleyball): Best for ages 6–12, but suitable for teens and adults for light, indoor use.
2. Are your products safe for indoor use?
Yes! Our padded balls are made from soft, durable materials that protect fingers, floors, walls, and furniture. Great for apartments, basements, or playrooms.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in the continental U.S.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Bulk wholesale international orders may be eligible — please contact us directly.
5. Can I return my product if I’m not happy with it?
Yes. If your product is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please see the full policy below.

Delivery Time: 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number emailed upon shipment

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s what to do:
Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging

Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Time: 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting return

International Orders: Final sale only (no returns or refunds)

Product Troubleshooting
My ball arrived slightly deflated or uneven. What do I do?
Our balls are made with soft padding and may reshape slightly in transit. Let it sit at room temperature or gently press it back into shape—it will return to normal.
How do I clean my padded ball?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and let air dry. Do not submerge in water or use strong cleaning agents.
Is the ball regulation size?
Yes—CozyKick is Size 4, and SoftServe matches official volleyball size but is softer for indoor safety.
